We may modify the TOS from time to time. Please read the TOS and check back often. If you do not agree to any change to the TOS then you must immediately stop using the Site. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law.

The account password you provide should be unique and kept secure, and you must notify Styligion immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
ELIGIBILITY TO PURCHASE
To make purchases on the Site you will be asked to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you must provide your payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.
The Site is available only to individuals and others who meet the Stylgion terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit/debit card by a bank acceptable to Styligion, whose applications are acceptable to Styligion and who have authorized Styligion to process a charge or charges on their credit/debit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise which they purchase. Styligion reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address.
By making an offer to purchase merchandise you expressly authorize us to perform credit checks and where Styligion feels necessary, to transmit or to obtain information (including any updated information) about you to or from third parties, including but not limited to your credit/debit card number or credit reports (including credit reports for your spouse if you reside in a community property jurisdiction), to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit/debit card, to obtain an initial credit/debit card authorization and to authorize individual purchase transactions.
Furthermore, you agree that we may use Personal Information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti fraud checks. Personal Information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.
By placing an order at Styligion.com, you are offering to purchase a product, representing that you are over 18 years of age, and representing that all information you provide to us in connection with such order is true and accurate and you are an authorized user of the payment method provided.
We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order, even after your receipt of an order confirmation from Styligion, for any reason whatsoever. Styligion reserves the right to limit the number of items ordered and to refuse service to you without prior notification. Any confirmation of the offer or other correspondence by us sent to you after your puchase is NOT an acceptance of your order, it is just a confirmation that we have received it. We retain the right to refuse any request made by you. In the event that the order is cancelled and the payment has already been made or if your account has already been charged for the purchase, we will credit your account in the full amount of the price.
In the event that an item lists an incorrect price, either due to typographical or any other error, Styligion keeps the right to refuse or cancel any such order placed for the incorrect price, regardless of whether the order is being or has been processed. If payment has already been made or if your account has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled, we will credit your account in the amount of the incorrect price. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers. Styligion will store a record of your transactions for a minimum of one year.
All prices shown on the Site are in Euros and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate unless you have selected an alternative country where VAT is not chargeable.
Prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The Euros price of a product displayed on the Site at the time the order is accepted will be honored, except in cases of patent error. If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in Euros, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card/depit issuer processes the transaction.
Clients who are signed up for the Styligion Newsletter will receive updates for promotions with a PROMO CODE that can be inserted during order purchase and checkout. Each code has a validity start and end date which limits its use and cannot be extended. Furthermore, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion code or offers. PROMO CODES purchased on the Site are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative.
ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER/ CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
Once you have made your choice and completed the order form on the Site your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. It may appear that this e-mail ends in your spam inbox. Any confirmation of the offer or other correspondence by us sent to you after your puchase is NOT an acceptance of your order, it is just a confirmation that we have received it.
The confirmation text or e-mail of your order cannot be stored by us and is no longer available after the completion of the order process. Therefore, we kindly ask you to save all notices sent by us and keep a copy with due care.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the TOS.
We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
The goods sold by us are exclusively sought-after trendy products and some are even hand-made. Therefore, we may only have very few items in stock for some of the products offered or these items may not be available in all sizes. In case an ordered product becomes no longer available in the volumes required or if the delivery will be considerably delayed, we will inform you as soon as possible, at the latest within 30 days after receipt of your order. In this case you will not have a right to request delivery.
Payments can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as by Pay Pal, and by any other method which may be clearly advertised on the site. We do not accept personal checks. For payments by direct bank transfer please contact our customers service at email@example.com. The total amount of the order will be charged on your credit card or deducted from your paypal account when the order is placed. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization checks conducred by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Styligion, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We keep all the details about your order and payment information secret and secure, but in absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer for a third party procuring unauthorized access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the site.
NON EU SHIPMENTS
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.
Once your parcel has arrived in your country, it will be passed on to an internal courier or postal service for delivery.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES/ RIGHT OF REVOCATION
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES USING OUR FREE RETURN SERVICE
You can decide whether to keep your item(s) or get refunded with no reasons of revocation, by contacting us within two weeks (14 days) from the date you have received your order.
You are able to make use of our free return in the case you didn't buy any product on sales. If you wish to exchange your item(s) for an alternative product, we suggest you to make a returning procedure. Then you will be refunded and you can choose to purchase the new item separately, based on stock availability.
All returned items must be undamaged, unworn and unwashed. Items that do not meet these criteria are non-returnable and will be denied.
To return your item(s) simply follow the instructions below:
1. Fill out the Pre-Return Form. You will have a direct contact to our service team. Let us know which item(s) you would like to return or exchange. You can also choose if you prefer to have a refund or voucher* on certain items.
2. You will receive an e-mail from us within 24 hours with the procedures to be made.
2.1 - EU residents will be contact by their regional DHL Customer Center.
2.2 - Non - EU residents will be contact by their regional DHL Customer Center and will receive from our Customer Center all the documents needed to complete the procedure.
3. Completely fill out the Return Form that is inside your order.
4. Put the product(s) inside the package you received and make sure that the product is very well protected
4.1 If the product comes back and is not in its original, resalable condition the product will not be credited. In these cases, it's usually very evident that a customer didn't put any effort into repackaging the product for the shipment back to us. In such an instance, the product typically arrives back broken and in no condition for reuse.
4.2 We don't refund damaged items.
5. Voilà! Now just wait DHL knock on your door!
Problem with the products received:
Faulty products can be returned if they have the following types of quality defects: stains, zipper malfunction, ripped or torn, poor quality materials, obvious color difference, major difference between the photographed product and the product received. If you experience the above problems, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please ship the package as our Returns Customer Care designated. Customers do not have to cover the shipping fee for the package return. We will provide the refund (excepting the handling costs) as long we receive the return package; to help us, the customer should provide all relevant tracking information.
Missing items, wrong items or package sent
A total refund (excluding hadling fees) is offered for missing or wrongly shipped items.
We will provide a reshipping service in the event of missing or wrongly shipped accessories, a partial refund on the item fare is offered in the event of accessories being unavailable for reshipping.

The first return is usually free, excepting in cases of products on sales or damaged by the customer.
Our Returns Customer Care operates Monday to Friday: 8.00 AM - 5.00 PM (Frankfurt Local Time) and can take until 24h, since your first contact, to contact you back.
Please, be patient. Together with DHL, we offer a comfortable and fast returning service.
PRODUCTS ON FINAL SALE CAN NOT BE RETURNED
Items bought during a final sale can not be returned. Final sale is all product OVER 50% sale.
Normal Sale items do not have free return, 7.50€ will be deduced from your refund.
Items must be returned unused, undamaged and unwashed. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused. All items returned should have a Personalized Return Authorization (PRA) number to allow easy identification and prompt processing. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
We take reasonable care and makes every effort to display colors of all products that appear on our Site as accurately as possible. As computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
CANCELLATION YOUR ORDER

If you are based in the EU you have the right to cancel your order with us provided you give us written notice. For orders cancelled under the DSRs (Distance Selling Regulations 2000), you will receive a full refund including even the shipping cost. However, you will need to return the entire order to us by secure means to ensure it reaches us in good condition, at your own cost. All items must be returned completely unused and in their original condition, from the original delivery country.
We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them at our warehouse. In case of dispute, we also recommend you retain proof of sending. Refunds will be issued within 30 days of us receiving your cancellation notice. If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we will arrange to have it collected from you at your cost.

Styligion ships worldwide using DHL and DHL Express delivery. Styligion does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
As per International Laws regulation Commerce and Trade of imports and exports all Styligion orders are shipped out of Frankfurt - Germany with an official invoice declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in Euros.
We remind clients once an order is placed for available items no changes can be made to that order. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately.
At the moment we offer only dhl standard shipping to Russia.
All orders over 160€ will have free standard shipping.
Time limited promotions offering free express shipping will be occasionaly active on the website. To be updated about these offers we recommend that you subscribe to our newsletter.
Orders are shipped from Styligion in Frankfurt, Germany from Monday till Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Orders placed Friday evening, Saturday, Sunday or on bank holidays will be processed on Monday moring.
Please note that we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, or 48 hours during sale periods. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Styligion is not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, weather conditions or any other circumstances beyond the control of Styligion.
All information, text, graphics, images, photographs, logos, illustrations, descriptions, data, designs, icons, video clips, audio clips, sounds, files, trademarks, copyrighted material, trade dress, interfaces, software, specifications, catalogs, literature, advertisements, titles, names, User Generated Content and any other materials provided on our Site are owned by Styligion and/or third parties, and are collectively referred to as "Content."
